Terms and Conditions

These 'Terms and Conditions' govern the use of Ecobulb’s Lighting Assessment (the Service) including Ecobulb LEDs from My Eco Limited. My Eco Limited is a New Zealand business, that sells energy saving light bulbs and fittings branded as ecobulb®. The name that will appear on your statement will be My Eco Limited.

The sale and support of Ecobulb LED Bulbs and LED Downlights in New Zealand's residential and commercial markets are managed and distributed by My Eco Limited.

My Eco Limited use the secure Hosted Payment page solution from DPS to process orders. Customers can see their cards being authorised and debited in real time, all in a SSL secure environment. The Hosted Payment page enables us to offer customers a safe and speedy payment experience. DPS is committed to protecting the security of your data. DPS use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. For example, DPS store the personal information you provide in computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities secured by the latest in surveillance and security technology. When we transmit sensitive information (such as a credit card numbers) over the internet, DPS protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Credit card details stored on site are encrypted using 168bit 3DES encryption. DPS is also certified AIS compliant.

The Ecobulb products and services as specified in this order must be paid for in full before the goods or services are supplied. If you have chosen to use our consumer credit partner, Finance Now, to fund your purchase please refer to the terms relating to Finance Now.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax). All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered an Ecobulb LED but before we have processed your order, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

The goods specified in the Sales Order will be delivered to your nominated Shipping Address. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery. If you have not received your goods within 5 working days please contact us by email or phone. Note: When your delivery arrives please check that the items listed on the packing slip are all that you require before you confirm the installation time, as we may make two or more deliveries depending on which warehouse the items have been sourced from.

We will endeavour to advise you if an Ecobulb LED is out of stock as soon as possible after receiving your order. If an Ecobulb LED you order is temporarily out of stock, you may wish to place it on backorder. We will advise you of the expected dispatch date either by phone, email or mail. Please note: Any balance payable for your order will be required upon delivery.

All purchases made using the services of our consumer credit partner, Finance Now Limited, are subject to the following additional terms; 1. No goods or services will be supplied until Finance Now Limited have approved an application for credit. A contract will be sent to you for signing and will need to be returned to My Eco Limited within 48 hours of receipt. 2. Upon approval, the goods as described in this order will be despatched to the delivery address above. 3. If installation is included in this order, we will contact an Approved My Eco Installer to arrange a suitable time for installation. 4. The commencement date of the Finance Now Limited contract will be effective from the date of the delivery of the Ecobulb LED's. The commencement date will not be dependent upon any applicable installation being completed. My Eco Limited and its affiliates shall not be liable to you or any third parties for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages allegedly sustained arising out of your access to or inability to access the Service. This includes viruses alleged to have been obtained from the Service, your use of or reliance on the Service or any of the information or materials available on the Service, regardless of the type of claim or the nature of the cause of action.

Ownership in the Ecobulb LEDs shall pass to you once we have received full payment of all amounts due to us in relation to the relevant Ecobulb LEDs.
